What are the Policy and Development Hubs?
The Policy and Development Hubs ensure long-term sustainability by working directly with National Paralympic Committees (NPCs), governments, and policymakers to integrate Para sport into national strategies, funding mechanisms, and development plans. These hubs strengthen governance, improve institutional capacity, and establish structured talent development frameworks in underrepresented European regions.
Objectives
- Ensure long-term sustainability by working directly with NPCs.
- Influence governments, and policymakers to integrate Para sport into national strategies, funding mechanisms, and development plans.
- Strengthen governance, improve institutional capacity, and establish structured talent development frameworks in underrepresented European regions.
- Establish a white paper Agreement, to support all NPCs to disseminate these policies.

The EPC is promoting the Policy & Development Hubs program intended to gather NPCs, sports federations, and other professionals having the opportunity to discuss proposals for Improving sport & social inclusion policies, increasing engagement from EU & local government.
The Policy & Development Hubs program includes three days working, with the participation of renowned speakers and working sessions after the discussions of every issue of the agenda.

INFORMATIONS & REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION:
- All members of the European Paralympic Committee (NPC or other organization) benefited from support for the travel and participation expenses of one registered representative acting on their behalf, in accordance with the terms described in the following points.
- The registration confirmation will be sent by email via EPYG-legacy@europaralympic.org.
ACCOMODATION & MEALS:
- The organization will cover accommodation during the event for the nights of June 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2026.
- The organization will cover meals during the event on June 3 and 4, and lunch on June 5, 2026.
- The organization will not cover meals on the eve of the event (June 2), nor after the end of the event, including dinner on June 5, 2026.
FLIGHTS & TRAVELLING:
- Hotel Check-in for the event is on June 2, 2026, and check-out is on June 6, 2026.
- The organization will cover travel expenses by reimbursing the participant’s airfare ticket, up to a maximum of €750.00, upon submission of the airfere ticket invoice made out to the European Paralympic Committee, with the following details:
